Change the Diaper – Product Demonstration Campaign

Change the Diaper was created to introduce a new way of demonstrating overnight absorption for Ninjamas, moving beyond traditional tabletop product demos. The goal was to dramatize performance in a visually engaging, modern format suited for digital platforms.

The project involved custom creative ideation, a 3D-printed diaper holder, and a motorized rig paired with a BOLT camera move to create precise, repeatable motion and impact. The resulting approach established a new storytelling standard that was later adopted across additional P&G diaper brands.

Dan Wagner served as Director of Photography for the robotic arm shoot, leading camera execution for the motion-controlled production.
